Sapna is the Founder and Managing Partner of Leverage HR whose goal is to elevate diverse talent and transform cultures. She is an entrepreneur, business executive and certified coach. Prior to launching Leverage HR, she held HR and Talent Development leadership roles with JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Financial, Deloitte, and technology start-up e-Bank.
The red thread that runs through Sapna’s career is her commitment to cultivating diversity in leadership. She was on the ground floor of women’s and diversity initiatives for both Deloitte and JPMC. While living in Germany, she co-authored Worldly Women: The New Leadership Profile in 2013, followed by Women Leaders – The Power of Working Abroad in 2019. She has consulted and spoken on her specialty in women’s leadership at various conferences and panels in Europe and the US, and with notable Fortune companies.
Sapna has deep experience in leadership development having trained over 2,000 leaders and personally coaching 100’s more. Sapna leads Leverage HR’s Leadership Development and Coaching practice areas and is the engagement manager lead for the Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance and Consulting sector clients.
Sapna currently serves on the WELD national board and on the NDCC curriculum advisory board. Sapna received her MLHR degree from Ohio State University and a BA from George Washington University. She holds a Professional Human Resources licensure, is a Registered Corporate Coach, and is certified in Hogan Personality Inventory, Workplace Big 5, FIRO *B and a number of 360 assessments.
Bob is a Partner with Leverage HR whose goal is to elevate diverse talent and transform cultures. Prior to joining Leverage HR, he held top talent and learning positions for Fortune 500 and Global 100 firms, transforming organizations through talent and leadership development solutions. His roles include both domestic and international roles.
Bob has deep experience working with boards and top leaders on talent strategy, succession planning and development. In addition, he has trained 4,000+ leaders in the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and personally coached over 200 leaders. His experience also includes leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for global HCM (CSOD, Workday) and ERP (SAP, Oracle) implementations. He leads Leverage HR’s Change Management and OD practice areas and is the engagement lead for Logistics, Technology, Energy and Public sector clients.
Bob speaks regularly at conferences and universities on topics of talent strategy, leadership, and transformation. He has been a featured speaker in the US and Europe.

Bryan is a Leverage HR Consultant with over 20 years of experience enabling organizations transform through strong relationships. He has led Talent, Learning and Change for a number of global organizations and consulted both domestically and internationally. Bryan received his MS from Case Western Reserve and his BS from Penn State. He holds certificates in Leading Change from MIT, Strategic Human Resources Management from Harvard and is a Certified Executive Coach.
