Sapna builds on her own various professional transitions ranging from corporate to dot.com to entrepreneur; and from domestic to international, to coach and train diverse talent for professional fulfillment and success. She has served in Talent Development roles with: JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Financial, Deloitte, and technology start-up e-Bank.

Sapna holds a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University, a BBA in IB from The George Washington University, licensure in HR and Coaching, and licensure in various assessment tools. She is committed to her family, community, and profession. She currently serves on the Boards of Women for Economic Leadership Development and Family Mentor Foundation. She is the proud mother of three children.
Bob is a Partner with Leverage HR. Bob Welsh is an expert in organization development. He has over 25 years of experience leading talent, learning and transformation as a consultant and top executive for US and Global organizations. His responsibilities have been extremely broad leading nearly every area of HR including workforce development, recruiting, on- boarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, change management, HR & Business Strategy, Coaching, and even Payroll and HRIS. He also held positions as an HR Business Partner. This comprehensive experience has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of integrated HR practices and align them organizational needs to achieve breakthrough results.
His work across sectors has been just as diverse including clients from the Public, Non-Profit and NGO sectors to private sector Healthcare, IT, Consumer Branded Goods & Services, Logistics, and Consulting clients. The size of organizations he has partnered with range from just over 50 people based in one city to over 500,000 based in 220 countries. His experience has been with both union and union workforces, and he has worked from the Board Level of a Global Fortune 100’s to blue-collar teams in small warehouses and operations.

He brings this to life in organizations through his ability to work across complex stakeholders, and to align and implement simplified messages, processes and tools that inspire and are easy to use. Bob hold an MBA from Otterbein University and a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University where he focused on public policy. He is an ICF credentialed Coach and certified in a broad range of psychometric assessments and continuous improvement tools.

Christa is Leverage HR’s Consultant, Coach and Trainer, located in Washington. Christa is a certified professional coach with over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources. Working for so many years with employees and managers across multiple levels has provided her with valuable insight into the challenges that so many workers today face as well as solutions that helped them achieve their career goals.
Bastian is Leverage HR’s Consultant, Coach and Trainer, located in Bonn, Germany, offering services in English, German, Japanese, and Chinese. Bastian is an expert in cross-cultural training and team building and works with organizations to facilitate intercultural cooperation to increase productivity and efficiency. He also has a strong reputation in pre-departure expatriate training. He has worked for IFIM (Institute for Intercultural Management) and Fuji Bank, among others.
Kim is Leverage HR’s Consultant, Coach and Trainer, located in California. Kim has built expertise in culture and people over a 20 year career in human resources, first as an HR business partner, then as a specialist in Talent Development. Kim has BS Psychology & Sociology and an MS in Clinical Psychology along with certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
